Andy Barclay, confirmed without a doubt, that he was happy with the portrait of his daughter and niece, by commissioning another painting immediately for his wife. Time was of the essence because it was for Mother's day and that only gave me about two weeks. Managed it though he he was thrilled. We decided upon a photograph of Mazy when she was younger, as you can see, but the sparkle in the eye is identical. She also looks very much like her father, whom I know relatively well, so even though I only had one reference picture of her, I was content that I captured her passion, her essence, because the resemblance to her father that beamed forth!
