An ad hoc painting of my good friend, Dr. Gilfeather. A face full of Scottish charm. I have adapted this image slightly more than usual and slanted it towards the caricature end of the spectrum. He's not smug, the doctor, nor arrogant or smarmy (certainly not smarmy) but he has got a sense, an aura, of gentle-hearted pride about himself, which is impossible to ignore. It is a compelling characteristic, and worthy of the man, therefore worthy of artistic enhancement!
